SHIPPING, LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP POLICY

BELLA CLOSEOUT currently offers local pickup and local delivery on eligible orders.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available at no additional charge. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup. Bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available for eligible addresses within our delivery area. Delivery availability and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

After your order is placed, we will contact you to coordinate your delivery date and time.

DELIVERY ACCESS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased furniture will fit through doors, hallways, stairways, elevators, and other access points.

Additional services such as assembly, furniture removal, difficult-access delivery, or special placement are not included unless specifically agreed upon in advance.

INSPECTION

Please inspect your merchandise at pickup or delivery whenever reasonably possible and notify us promptly of any visible damage or incorrect items.

LIMITED CLOSEOUT INVENTORY

Our merchandise is offered in limited quantities. Inventory availability may change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable before we can fulfill an order, we will contact the customer regarding the available resolution.
